• Make up Gas Purchases with frequency reporting

• Compressor Health (On-Off, Vibration, Oil Level, Temperature).

• Gas Injection Pressure (Alerts)

• Return Flowline Pressure (Alerts)

• Oil and Saltwater Tank Level (Alerts)

• Web Based interface for analytical work

Other Options:

• Compressor Kill and Restart

• Proportional Gas Valve Control

Smart Pumper Compressor Monitoring:

With many sensor options available, monitoring oil pressure was selected by the Operator for

unit maintenance purposes and as a tag to receive alerts for when the compressor goes down.

Alerts Operator when Gas is Purchased:

Pressure sensor on the motor valve that feeds

make-up gas to compressor alerts the Operator

each time their gas lift system buys gas for the

operation. Data logged shows duration and

frequency this occurs. Smart Pumper also

supports Emerson and Kimray gas meters for

measuring the amount purchased as well.

Tank Level Measurement method used in this example:

To avoid interfering with existing valves and plumbing at the

bottom of the tanks, pressure sensors were deployed through a

4” port situated on top of the tanks and lowered to bottom of

each and secured.
