  • Committees REFORMA de Florida Scholarship Committee Chair - marketing, distribution, evaluation of applications, and presentation to awardees of scholarship funds. Nova Southeastern University The Curriculum Development Committee for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) at the post-baccalaureate level at the Fischler School of Education. Mentoring and Retention. Responsibilities of this committee include analysis of current trends of enrolment and various strategies to maximize student course retention. The task force developing curriculum for a Distance Educator Certificate Program. The program has been approved and implemented. The Technology Sub-Committee for the 2012 Conference on Global Leadership, Learning, and Research. This conference is held annually in Orlando, Florida and draws approximately 2,000 students and dissertation advisors from around the world. Planning Committee for the 2012 Conference on Global Leadership, Learning, and Research. This collaborative effort was coordinated with the Office of Applied Research (ARC.) Facilities Development. This committee investigated various best practices and methods for ergonomically developing collaborative spaces in state-of-the-art, rich technology areas. Research on development included analysis of national and international institutions and working with vendors with expertise in this area. Hiring Committees to employ the Operational Manager, Instructional Designer II, and the Virtual Lab Coordinator/Developer for the grant. This responsibility included developing the job descriptions, recruiting nationally via various media, interviewing candidates, and hiring candidates.
