PLANNING As stated above planning consent was recently refused at appeal for the demolition of the existing garages and the construction of a 3-bedroom 2 storey chalet bungalow on the basis it was felt the proposed development was too large for the site and not in keeping with the surrounding area. It may be that an amended scheme, or an alternative use may be acceptable, but this would be subject to all the necessary consents.
