If you would like to have this professionally videotaped you can contact Mike through his website.https://www.lifestoriesalive.com/.(In no particular order of importance)1. ✦ Books: The Brain’s Way of Healing and Reverse Parkinson’s Disease — I am sharing these two books that wererecommended to me. I have not read them! The Brain’s Way of Healing was written by Norman Doidge, M.D.,a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. It describes natural, noninva-sive avenues into the brain provided by the energy around us-inlight, sound, vibration, and movement that can awaken thebrain’s own healing capacities without producing unpleasantside effects.

Reverse Parkinson’s Disease was written by John Pepper, a SouthAfrican author who was president of Parkinson AssociationSouth Africa four times. This inspirational book, emphasizes therefusal to accept the pervasive, grim attitude conjured by themere mention of PD. The author believes the lack of hopefulinformation feeds depression and negative attitudes:“You can-not maintain or improve your quality of life if you believe that itis not possible.”Book Review for “Reverse Parkinson’s Disease”:https://nwpf.org/stay-informed/blog/book-review-reverse-parkinsons-disease/ Book Review for “The Brain’s Way of Healing”:https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/mind-over-matter-the-brains-way-of-healing/
