1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 PURPOSE

This document provides a User guide to the Gantt Chart Builder System (GBS) developed for constructing Gantt charts without the need for Microsoft® Project or similar.

The GBS software has been developed by Bandwood Pty Limited, Australia and has been developed around the Microsoft® Office Suite of software.

The Microsoft® Office Suite of software offers all the features normally available to users of this de-facto industry standard software suite, making GBS standard and portable.

Because of the high graphic content of this document, it is recommended to print to a hardcopy to facilitate reading.

1.2 ABOUT GBS

The Gantt Chart Builder System provides a system to build professional quality Gantt charts without the need for Microsoft® Project or similar. Charts such as:

can be constructed and then exported in either image or spreadsheet format. This allows all the features and flexibility offered by Microsoft® Excel®.

Full control is available on the colour of each individual line item. That is to say, if you like, each and every bar can be a different colour. Therefore, significant items can be highlighted to your audience.

1.3 GBS – EXCEL COMPATIBILITY GBS is fully compatible with the following versions of Microsoft® Excel®;

2000, 2002/XP 2003, 2007, and 2010.

2 GETTING STARTED

Please refer to the Installation Manual for details on setting up this software and setting the correct security settings for Excel to allow the Gantt software to function correctly.

Assuming the library has been configured via the setup, open the base workbook Gantt Builder.xls (you can rename this to whatever you like). The Gantt system requires both this base workbook and the installed library to function.

2.1 MICROSOFT OFFICE 97

Microsoft® Excel® 97 is no longer supported from version 6.2.0. If you need to operate on Excel 97, then please contact us to supply you a customised build.

2.2 MICROSOFT OFFICE 2000, XP, OR 2003

If everything is working, then after you open the base workbook you will see the “Gantt Chart” menu, as illustrated below:

2.3.1 Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Standard Gantt Menu

If everything is working, then after you open the base workbook (.xls format) you will see the “Gantt” menu, as illustrated below or the ribbon:

For quicker access, we recommend adding this menu to your quick start bar. This can be done via a right-mouse click on the “Gantt Chart” menu item;

Then the item will be added to the top bar, as illustrated below:

3 USAGE GUIDE – STANDARD FEATURES 3.1 THE WORKBOOK The workbook contains a number of special purpose columns, which should not be deleted.

Details of these columns are contained within a comment in the workbook itself (show here).

This column is used for the progress bars, if requested.Also, note, you can update the configuration so that this column is not printed.

These columns are used by the builder to determine the bar sizes.

End of chart marker column.

This column is used to determine task dependencies. Only visible when Dependencies are enabled.

You may insert any number of user defined columns after “B”, and before “H”. See below for an example populated with data with dependencies turned off.

Note, Excel comments may be used anywhere to right of the chart itself. Any comments placed within the chart or to the right of the chart are removed during the build process.

3.1.1 Elements of the Chart (The ‘Type’ Column)

As detailed in Figure 2 - Workbook Internal Settings, above, each chart can be of a specific format or style. These are detailed below:

3.1.1.1 Standard Task (Blank Type)

This is the default type, designated with a blank in the type specification column. Below is an illustration of this bar type:

3.1.1.2 Standard Task with Continuation Markers

Continuation markers are added automatically if the standard bar extends past the beginning or end of the specified Gantt date range. This is usual when you have selected to use manual date ranges. Another means is to force the display of these markers by using the CS and CE specifiers in the type specification column.

3.1.1.2.1 Start of Task Marker (‘CS’ Type)

The ‘CS’ type is to mark the standard bar with a start continuation marker, illustrated below:

3.1.1.2.2 End of Task Marker Bar (‘CE’ Type)

The ‘CE’ type is to mark the standard bar with an end continuation marker, illustrated below:

3.1.1.3 Milestone Task (‘M’ Type)

A task is designated as a milestone task if there is an ‘M’ in the type specification column. Below is an illustration of this bar type:


3.1.1.4 Rollup Task (‘R’ Type)

A task is designated as a roll-up task if there is an ‘R’ in the type specification column. Below is an illustration of this bar type:


3.1.1.5 Recurring Tasks (‘X’ Type)

The chart builder will construct a set of recurring tasks defined by the criteria within the ‘X’ tag.

The notation of the ‘X’ type is Xm-n, which reads as it’s a recurring task that starts from the task Start date then every ‘m’ days with each recurring sub-task having a duration of ‘n’ days. If the chart is an hourly based chart, then the values of ‘m’ and ‘n’ are in hours.

The chart builder will construct a stacked Gantt chart. That is to say, multiple rows (ie sub tasks) will be constructed up into the parent task’s row. Below is am example of a stacked set:

The “SP” declaration for stacked tasks defines the top bar (ie parent task) to be displayed as a normal or standard Gantt bar.

3.2 BUILDING A CHART

All Gantt chart functions are accessibly from a single menu.

Builder Tools Utilities

This function will trim the unnecessary columns and then copy the Gantt Chart into a new workbook.

This function will copy the selected range into the clipboard as an image.

You can then paste your chart into Word, or any other tool that supports the

Microsoft clipboard.

Opens the Print Preview window and allows the chart to be printed.

The chart can only be printed via these two functions.

Opens the Toolbox Dialog.This provides tools such as auto creation of Rollup tasks etc.

Opens the Gantt Chart Configuration Dialog.

3.2.1 Build Functions

This function (hot key Ctrl-B) will construct the Gantt chart based on the data present in the workbook. If you are unfamiliar with Gantt charts then please load the demonstration data and then build to observe some of the features available.

The Gantt chart can be constructed with a number of pre-specified date bands, these are illustrated below:

Both Monthly & Weekly have only 1 option each; there is no further sub-division of these. The availability of date-bands will depend on the overall duration of your data (i.e. large duration may not allow weekly display). This is a limitation with Excel® itself with the number of columns within a worksheet limited.

3.2.1.1 Building without Dependencies

If you have Dependency calculations turned off (the default) then your worksheet will look like below. Note, column X is hidden and building your Gantt chart is straight forward

3.2.1.2 Building with Dependencies

The GBS dependencies allow for four types of dependencies to be specified, namely:

Finish to Start (the default) designated as just a task id or as task id followed by FS,

Finish to Finish designated as task id followed by FF,

Start to Start designated as task id followed by SS, and

Start to Finish designated as task id followed by SF.

Dependencies are defined as a comma separated list of task ids. The Task id is the row number of the targeted task. Below are some examples:

IMPORTANT: When you have dependencies enabled, the Task Ids are the row numbers so that row inserts and deletes need to deal with the rows numbers changing. Otherwise all of your dependencies will become scrambled. The GBS worksheet offers a special menu to add and delete rows that will automatically adjust your task ids.

This menu is available on a right mouse-click either in

column A or the row numbers column.

This menu contains two special GBS entries, one to

Insert Gantt rows and one to Delete Gantt rows.

If you select the standard Insert or Delete, then the

task ids for the dependencies will not be

adjusted for the insert/delete action.

In this example, 4 rows have been selected and then right mouse-click the rows number column to access the GBS Row Delete menu. Note, the Task 5 has 4 dependencies 9,13,18, and 29.

Now, after the row deletes, notice Row 9 has been removed, since it was deleted, and the other 3 rows have been adjusted accordingly.

3.2.1.3 Building Charts with Labels

Gantt charts may have labels defined for each task or row. The illustration below shows how these are defined:

The alignment of the labels will be as per your configuration. However, you may adjust them on a case-by-case basis if you wish. This is done by entering one of the following into the next column:L = left alignR= right alignC = centre align

Labels may be static text or an Excel formula as illustrated in the label on row 10.

You can see the appropriate formula used in the circled formula bar on the top of this diagram.

The definition of the labels are done by entering the text you wish into

the last “DO NOT DELETE”columns of your worksheet.

3.2.1.4 Building Charts with Auto Update Enabled

After you have built your Gantt chart for the first time, you can enable the “Auto Build” property; see Section 3.2.2.1 Configuration Dialog - General Tab.

If this option is enabled, then as you edit your data the chart will rebuilt the edited task automatically.

For example, below, note the length of the Gantt bar for row 10 (highlighted row) and the finish date of 13-Apr-2001:

3.2.2 Configuration Functions

This function provides a method of controlling most aspects of the Gantt chart itself. The functions are sub-divided into seven tabs, namely:

General, dealing with general chart attributes such as scaling, showing/shading weekends, and printed version controls;

Colour & Sizes, dealing with the individual sizes and default colouring and fill patterns for the bars. This tab has a further three sub-tabs;

Task Labels, dealing with settings control how task levels are displayed;

Dependencies, dealing with settings for task dependencies;

Date Settings, dealing with configuring if you wish to manually adjust the charts date ranges and configuration of continuation markers, display of the status line, and configuration of public holiday settings;

Miscellaneous, dealing with other miscellaneous chart settings, such as to preserve your own formatting of the chart columns etc, and

Prompts, dealing with display control of certain prompts in the system.

See the diagrams/sections below for details on each of the tabs listed.

3.2.2.1 Configuration Dialog - General Tab

With this opt ion, midnight (12:00am) will NOT display that specific day (i.e. 12:00 am will display dif ferently from 12:01 am) as illustrated below.

This line in the conf iguration determines how the length of the Gantt bars will be

calculated(.ie. how m idnight is handled for week ly date range)

change data on your Gantt, the specific row being edited will

automatically update.

3.2.2.2 Configuration Dialog - Colour & Sizes Tab

These define the thickness of the various indicators within the Gantt chart. They include,

• the gantt bar itself,• the progress bar,• the milestone marker bar, and• the roll-up bar.

Note: These are all expressed as a percentage of the height of EACH Gantt chart row. Also note, the height of the Gantt bar itself will be the row height for each row. Therefore, if rows are different heights, then the Gantt bars will also be different heights.

These define the thickness of the various indicators within the Gantt chart. They include,

• the gantt bar itself,• the progress bar,• the milestone marker bar, and• the roll-up bar.

Note: These are all expressed as absolute values. Therefore, if rows are different heights, then the Gantt bars will be a constant height with this option.

This set of controls allow the colours to be set for all of the following, as required:

• the default Gantt fill colour,• the progress bars colour,• the Gantt bar border colour,• the default milestone marker colour,• the default roll-up tasks bar colour,• the colour of the continuation marker, and• the shade colour for weekends in the weekly chart.

Note: The default colour is used if no colour is specified within the Colour column on the worksheet itself.

This controls whether a fill pattern will be used or solid colours.

This shows the currently selected fill pattern.

These are the set of pre-defined fill patterns available for the Gantt Chart Builder. Click on the desired pattern to select the pattern to be used in the gantt bar itself.

Note: If ‘Use Fill Patterns’ is selected above, the gantt bar colour define on the ‘Bar Colours’ tab will also be used. If as brick pattern is selected here and a red fill colour, then the result will be a red brick pattern for your gantt bars.

This controls whether a fill pattern will be used or solid colours.

After each time a Gantt chart is constructed, a border is normally placed around the entire chart and data (see illustration). This is to allow visibly the last row used for the chart.

This tab allows you to either turn this border off and also to change the border’s colour if you require so.

This controls whether labels will be displayed on the left, right, or centre of the Gantt task item.

Defines the gap between the label and the end of the Gantt task bar.Note, not applicable for centre aligned labels.

3.2.2.5.1 Configuration Dialog – General Date Settings Tab

This set of controls allow the the user to alter the overall range of the constructed Gantt. By default the range is based on the earliest start date and the latest finish date.

If you select the option to allow date changes, then you will also be given the opportunity to automatically add continuation markers to your chart if any of the start or end star ts exceed the adjusted range.

The status line (vertical line on the chart) can be displayed or not. Also, you can control the date this line will be ( i.e. either today, or a user specified date).

This set of type of heading to be displayed. Turn on for absolute values (W1, W2, etc).

3.2.2.5.2 Configuration Dialog – Public Holiday Tab

If checked, then when a non-weekly chart is built, an alert will be generated if any task either starts and/or finished on one of the public holidays present in the list on this page.

These two buttons allows you to import or export the public holiday list into a csv file.This is useful to copy a common public holiday list to other Gantt workbooks.

If checked, then when a weekly chart is built, the public holidays present in the list on this page will be shaded the colour defined below.

Double-click on any specific date to add/remove that date from the list on the left. If the date is not present then it will be added, otherwise it will remove it.

3.2.3 Workbook Hotkeys (Keyboard Shortcuts)

To facilitate using the GBS system, you can configure additional hotkeys to perform certain GBS functions. This hotkey setup is accessed from the Configuration Dialog, see below;

3.2.4 Charting Utility/Toolbox Functions

A number of useful functions/tools are provided to simplify setting up of your Gantt data. These are detailed below.

3.2.4.1 Start/Finish Date Calculator (based on Dependencies)

This function will move tasks based on their dependencies.

For example, in the diagram above the third task has been moved from starting on 31-Jul-00 to now start on 04-Aug-00 based on the predecessor task above it.

You can also force the lag between. For example, if two task that has FS dependencies and have a gap between them, then ticking the force option with zero in all fields will force it the start straight after the predecessor (provided no other dependencies for it our further). The lag between tasks can be negative (i.e. before the dependent task) or positive (i.e. after the dependent task).

Note, this tab is not present if dependencies are not enabled on the Configuration dialog, see Section 3.2.2.4 (Configuration Dialog - Dependencies Tab).

3.2.5 Conditional Task Colours – A Guide

Detailed above is the ability to define the default bar colour, as well as the ability to over-ride the default with a colour that is defined on a row-by-row basis.

In addition to this, each row may have its colour defined by Excel’s conditional format property. Here you can select the colour of the Gantt bar based on specific rules or criteria (see demo data load for an example) of your choosing.

Detailed below is a quick guide and example of setting this to show tasks that are late (i.e. the % complete is behind schedule) as a simple guide.

Set the fill colour, and optionally the text colour (i.e. to hide the text), based on the values of the cell. In this example the formula in Step 1 returns a TRUE or FALSE. Therefore, our rules here are based on TRUE or FALSE .

In this example, we have identified FALSE with orange and TRUE with Green.

Into the cell that defines the bar colour (in this case row 5 i.e. cell A5) setup your desired formula. Here we determine of the expected % complete is higher or lower than the value reported in column E.

3.2.6 Chart Outlining (How to Summaries Your Chart)

For very complex Gantt charts, you can hide specific detail within your chart via the Outline feature. A tool is provided to allow easy application of the Outline feature as well as the ability to automatically populate the outline values.

3.2.7 Output Functions

3.2.7.1 Gantt Print

This control provides the standard Excel® “Print Preview” panel. From here, the printed Gantt chart may be adjusted prior to printing to your designated printer.

This is the only way the Gantt chart can be printed.

3.2.7.2 Image Copy

This control will put into the clipboard an image version of the current selected area of the worksheet. This clipboard can then be pasted into other applications, such as Word, Paint, etc.

Please note, that this function requires a selection to be made.

3.2.7.3 Export Routines

There are a number of output formats available, see below;

This control will take a suitable trimmed version of the Gantt worksheet into a new Excel® workbook.

From this point, the new sheet/workbook is no longer under the control of the GBS system and does not require GBS to be loaded to open/edit.

This control will take a suitable trimmed version of the Gantt worksheet and export it to a Windows Bitmap file.

This control will take a suitable trimmed version of the Gantt worksheet and export it to a J-peg file.

This control will take a suitable trimmed version of the Gantt worksheet and export it to a GIF file.

3.2.8 Date Format Functions

The “Set Date Formats” toolbar accesses two menus that allow the setting of the formats on the Start & Finish date columns on your worksheet. Some pre-defined formats (see below) are available, and the option “Other …” will open the standard formats dialog.

This is the standard Excel format dialog that will allow selection of any standard format or you can create your own custom formats.

3.2.9.1 Chart Filtering

This control will turn on the standard Excel’s AutoFilter function specifically configured for your Gantt chart. This function allows you to zoom in and build only portions of your chart so you can see more details on an overall larger chart.

Gantt filters can be turned on and off directly via the Gantt menu. These functions will specifically set the filter options only on the applicable Gantt columns.

3.3 PRINTING YOUR CHART

Your Gantt chart can only be printed via the “Print Preview” menu entry in the “Gantt Chart” menu. The reason for this is that this function will trim some of the configuration fields (i.e. columns A and B) from the output. This function will also, automatically set the print region to match the chart.

The default printing size for the chart will be to print onto a single page matching your default windows printer’s settings. To change these settings, simply use the standard Excel “Setup…” button and change the margins, scaling, etc. If after completion of the preview or print, the workbook is saved, then these print configuration changes will also be saved for future use.

The default paper size will be A4 portrait. If you wish to change these then select the “Print Preview” menu entry and the chart will be displayed in the Excel preview mode.

You’re Resource and PERT charts (Plus Pak Version only) may be printed via the standard Excel “Print” and “Print Preview: menu entries.

If you then go into Page Setup, marked below, you will be able to change the paper size and page orientation:

4 USAGE GUIDE – ‘PLUS PAK’ EXTENSIONS

Special note, if you require these features under the “Plus Pak” extensions, then please ensure you purchase the ‘Plus Pak’ option.

All these are available in the Evaluation version of the software.

4.1 GANTT CHARTS WITH BASELINES

The GBS software caters for baselines to be allocated to each task. This is enabled via the Configuration Dialog, detailed below.

These two columns are used to def ine the baseline start and f inish dates for each task. These columns will be displayed if baseline mode i s enabled via the configurat ion di alog (see below).

Note, if either or both are missing for any specif ic task or is not a val id date, then during the build process this task will not have a baseline produced.

In baseline mode, each task will have two bars drawn. One based on the baseline dates and the other based on the standard start and finish dates.

4.2 RESOURCES PROFILES

The GBS software caters for resources allocated to each task. This is enabled via the Configuration Dialog, detailed below.

This column is used to define the resources for each task. This column will be di splayed if resources are enabled via the confi gurat ion dialog (see below).

Each task may have multiple resources separated by a comma, such as FRED,JACK,JOHN.

Also, each task may be made up of parti al or mul tiple allocations. For example a staff member named FRED is utilised 75% of the time then will be entered as FRED[75].

On the other hand if you have 2 of TEAM1A then you will enter TEAM1A[200] .

When resource graphs are requested to be built, then a graph will be created for each resource entered, and optionally a summed graph as well.

Shows what the entire date range is.

This field shows how many x-axis subdivisions will be present.

When the dialog is opened, these two fields will default to the entire date range of your Gantt chart. You may then change these date ranges to suit your specific needs.

Tick this field is you wish an additional graph produced which is the sum of all resources.

Here you can define the X-axis or time resolution for your resource profile graphs. This fields defines the granularity of the X-axis.

4.3 RESOURCE COSTINGS

The GBS software also caters for resources costings. This enables the user to cost individual resources, and based on their allocation to taks, allow the user to cost individual task, groups, and the entire project. This is enabled via the Configuration Dialog, detailed below (See Configuration Dialog - Resource Tab).

When Resource Costings is enabled for the first time, a new sheet will be created within your Gantt workbook, as illustrated below. This new sheet will define all your cost based information for each resource.

When Resource Costs are enabled, this worksheet will be created without any resources entered (i.e. a blank workbook) with the help guidelines visible.

This button will toggle on/off the help guidelines.

IMPORTANT – Do not delete any of these columns. You are free to add as many columns as you wish anywhere on this sheet.

Also, do not edit or delete any of the comments associated with the first row. These are used by the builder software.

4.4 PERT CHARTS

When PERT graphs are requested to be built, the following dialog will appear to allow you to customise the way the charts will be created.

When the PERT charts are constructed, the title of each

PERT element will be the value contained within the

column designated here.

Tick this field is you wish your PERT chart to display the Task Id on each PERT element.

Tick this field is you wish your PERT chart to be time phased

(ie each PERT element placed within a time based column).

Tick this field is you wish your PERT chart to display the dependency type on each

dependency.

Tick this field is you wish your dependency lines to always be centred on the left/right

edge of the PERT element. Sometimes when multiple dependencies exist, you may want to

turn this off for easier interpreted PERT charts.

4.5 EXPORTING TASKS TO OUTLOOK

Introduced in version 4.0 of the software, the GBS software can export Gantt tasks into your Outlook task list.

This controls whether the duration of a task is calculated based on the Start and Finish dates, orThe Finish date is derived from the Start date and task duration.

4.6 PLUS-PAK CONFIGURATION FUNCTIONS

This function provides a method of controlling most aspects of the Gantt chart’s ‘Plus Pak’. The functions are sub-divided into tabs, namely:

Resource, dealing with general chart attributes such as scaling, showing/shading weekends, and printed version controls;

PERT Colour which is a sub-tab of the normal Colour & Sizes tab, dealing with the individual sizes and default colouring and fill patterns for the bars. This tab has a further three sub-tabs;

4.6.1 Configuration Dialog - Resource Tab

This controls whether resources will be available to the Gantt chart worksheet.Note, if this is enabled, then the Resource column on the main chart will be di splayed, otherwise not .

5.1 LICENCE SCHEME

The GBS program licensed for a specified number of machines on which to operate. These licences are machine based and may roam across multiple machines after a 7-day expiry period of non-use.

An Example:

Your GBS was purchased with 2 licences and PC with Ids MACH001 and MACH004 have accessed the Gantt Builder workbook. Then two licences are in use by the machines above. The licence data will be:

5.2 CHART UPGRADING

From time-to-time, the base builder workbook needs to be upgraded to include new functionality and features. This upgrade can be performed manually or via the automated tools provided.

5.2.1 Build-in Migration Wizard

This section is not relevant for versions of the software latter than 2.0.x.

Once you have either manually or using the “GBS Converter.xls” tool to upgrade to version 2.0, then the system will automatically detect and guide you through the update process from this version onwards. This means that you will no longer need to batch convert all your charts whenever the system gets updated. They will happen whenever you use the chart next, even if there have been multiple updates since you last used the chart builder.

5.2.2 Manual Conversion

To perform the conversion manually, you will need to copy all your existing sheets from the old workbook into the new workbook. Below is a step by step example:

Example:

You have an existing Gantt builder.xls file or whatever name you have chosen. Inside this workbook you have two worksheets named “Gantt Chart” and “My Chart”.

Step 1 – If your old workbook has not been renamed (i.e. the name is the default “Gantt builder.xls”), then rename your old workbook to something else.

Step 2 – Open your renamed old workbook and the new “Gantt builder.xls” together. Then delete the “Gantt Chart” sheet from the new workbook.

Step 3 – Copy all your chart sheets from your old workbook to the new workbook. This can be done via right-mouse-click on the sheet’s name tab and select “Move or Copy …”

Step 4 – Save the new workbook, then rename to whatever you choose

Under this method, it does not matter the name of the worksheet since you will be copying the sheets manually.

5.2.3 Automated Conversion Tool (Obsolete)

This tool will allow you to convert charts from previous versions (charts copied/derived from Gantt Builder.xls to the latest version. This will be required as interface changes occur to add/correct functionality to the GBS system. Instructions of its use are detailed below:

From time-to-time, we may request you to send us an analysis report of your system to help analyse your problem. To access this tool will be via the ‘About’ dialog, detailed below:

Activates the reporting wizard, as shown here. The wizard will guide you through the report generation process. You will be able to view the report before it is sent to our support staff.

You can also access this tool via the main Gantt Builder menu.

We have also provided a separate workbook (AutoChecker.xls) that will only provide the reporting wizard. Please use this version if you have problems with your installation or licence file.

5.4 PROBLEMS WITH XP STYLE BUTTONS

If you are experiencing issues with the XP style buttons used within the Gantt Builder forms and dialogs, then please close Excel and re-open. If this does not solve your problem, then you can disable this via the Gantt menu Item, detailed below.

6 SOFTWARE REMOVAL

Un-install your old GBS library by opening the “Uninstall.xls” workbook which will perform the removal of the GBS library for you, then you will need to delete the folder containing the files.

A manual alternative is to follow the steps detailed below:

Step 1

Open Excel and from the Tools menu select the “Add-Ins...” entry to open

Step 2De-select the “Gantt Builder System” entry and press “OK”.

Step 3Close Excel.

Step 4Delete the folder installed by setup.exe.

7 SOFTWARE OLE API INTERFACE

Included in the installation package is a sample Visual Basic 6 program that demonstrates the use of the OLE interface to the GBS system.

This API interface will allow you to perform all of the functions within the GBS system via an external program. Note, some of these interfaces will require user interaction, such as activating the configure dialogue window.

The evaluation version of this product is fully functional, with the following limitations:

Only a selection of date bands are available for selection, these are;

o Yearly Tab – Yearly by Quarter, Yearly by Year, and Yearly by 5 Year.

o Quarterly Tab – Quarter by Month,

o Monthly Tab – none,

o Weekly Tab – Weekly by Bi-Weekly,

o Hourly Tab – Daily by 4 Hour.

Please note, some of these may not be available for your data because of the span of the data is too great and exceed a limitation of Excel itself.

PERT Chart has an “Evaluation Copy” watermark on it.

Resource Graphs have an “Evaluation Copy” watermark on it.

Output has an “Evaluation Copy” watermark on it.

Exported charts have an “Evaluation Copy” watermark on and the exported sheet is locked.
