    CCB

We had a Change meeting to talk about an idea that the stakeholder had in mind that should

improve the website. One idea that the stakeholder had in mind is to add recipes and meals into

their website. Under recipes and meals, some ideas that are: 15-minute recipes, tips, techniques

and recipes. This will give customers ideas on what to cook throughout the week. Give tips on

beef/steak, fish and cutting, recipe search if customers are interested in cooking a specific meal. By

adding recipes and meals into the website, customers would be able to have better ideas on what to

cook, which makes customers buy more of Bona Fide Natural Foods' products.

    Assumptions

In the website that 'Chipmunk Designs' prepared for 'Bona Fide Natural Foods', customers

should obtain convenience in viewing the website. Customers should be able to view products with

pictures; products should also have nutritional facts. Pricing should be available for each product.

The more you shop at Bona Fide Natural Foods the more gas rewards you get.

    WEBSITE PROJECT 15

    Summary of Lessons Learned

In our project, we encountered various hurdles, expected and unexpected, which

provided insight into future methods of project management. We found that in the contract,

cost estimation and schedule estimation, there should be ample room for overages. Since we

fell over our budget, disclosing this information earlier would be more beneficial to both

parties. Furthermore, we found that particular websites that require databases require much

attention to time. In our efforts, scheduling time with the store and employees was difficult.

This knowledge could prove useful for future projects that involve similar features in the site.

Ultimately, estimation and scheduling should prompt more creativity and consideration for all

    resources involved.

This project meets the requirements of the customer in accordance within budgeted time.

Therefore, this was a profitable and timely project with solutions to unforeseen problems by

taking opportunity to use the extra time wisely.
