Abstract Guidelines for Oral presentation/ e-Posters: a. Structured abstracts are to be submitted in standard scientific format no more than 250 words. The closing date is 15th Jan 2018. Submit using link – Abstract Submission. b. Registration is mandatory prior to any paper or poster presentation in the conference. c. SIX scientific papers will be selected for oral presentation, rest all will be either rejected or can be converted to e-poster based on merit decided by scientific committee. Decision of scientific committee will be final in this regard. d. ISVIR reserves the right to reject or alter abstracts based on, but not limited to, the following criteria:
1. Abstracts do not comply with style guidelines; including excessive length (contributed abstract body text is limited to approximately 250 characters).
2. Abstracts contain inappropriate content
e. Title of your Poster Paper should be legibly visible. f. Categories for abstract submission are- 1. Neuro-intervention 2. Peripheral vascular interventions 3. Onco - Interventions 4. Hepato - biliary interventions 5. Miscellaneous interventions g. Remember the code assigned for your poster/presentation which has been provided via email to you. h. If your e-poster abstract selected by scientific committee, you have to prepare Power Point presentation (e - Poster) of your poster and mail it to scientific committee, latest by 05th feb 2018. i. Any delays will be considered as your absence from the conference and the presentation will not be kept for any further discussion. j. Because major revisions may affect a symposium organizer’s decision to accept your abstract, please review it carefully before submission. In the unusual circumstance of having to revise your original abstract, the online submission centre enables authors to revise their abstracts up to and including the submission deadline of Jan 15 2018. After that date, the change must be submitted to: [email protected] (Subject: Abstract Revision).
