“Gandhi is not a commodity, a formula or an apparatus” Normally it is expected that ethics and reality must be one and the same, but it is not so in most of the cases. The reason is people try to justify their own reasons for their actions. Suppose, we take an example of reality in the case of marketing/advertising, according to statement of Tushar Gandhi (2002) (1) ”one of the most important event of our freedom movement, the Dandi March, has now been turn into a brand called Dandi Namak The packet sports a line drawing of the famous Photograph of Mahatma Gandhi Picking up a fistful of salt The Dandi March was a land mark of our freedom struggle and yet we have allowed it to become a brand, not to mention the violation of the national emblem act Actually business and society have always been inter linked and interdependent There can be no business without society and no organization of society without business, therefore business should require maintaining ethical norms and values. “The most important thing for a young man is to established reputation character under self development Program” “Experience is one thing you can’t get for nothing” “The Human mind is like a Parachute it only works when it is open”. “The greatest loss is the loss of self confidence” “Watch your thoughts, they become your words. Watch your words, they become your actions. Watch your actions, they become your habits.
