MANAGER BASICS: PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL CRITICISM At some point in our lives, we have witnessed criticism, received criticism or were the critic. When you think back to these situations, you may have a negative memory associated with the delivery of the feedback and the feeling associated with criticism. Fortunately, that does not always need to be the case. When the process of delivering and receiving criticism, also known as feedback, is managed by both parties in a respectful and open minded manner, the process becomes beneficial for everyone involved in the discussion. This course will teach you how to effectively provide professional criticism.
