Transcript of Gamer's Guide
your guide to the
next level.
The National Strategic Conference (StratCon) 2013 is AIESEC Philippines' most prestigious conference. Held end-of-term, it aims to align, train and motivate AIESEC Members to perform to the best of their leadership potential as the incumbent term does its turnover for the next. Aside from transitioning and strategizing, StratCon 2013 aims to realize much more. The next term will be about bolder goals, more daring feats and taking it to The Next Level, and this demands nothing less than a prepared AIESECer. That's what StratCon 2013 is for. From the agenda, to the activities in store for each delegate, StratCon's objective is to equip the AIESECer with what he or she needs to level up. StratCon 2013 is here to prepare YOU to achieve more, do more and become more in '13-'14. So Get Into The Zone, and ready yourselves: The Next Level awaits.
Youth-to-Business (Y2B) Forum is a project which aims to connect the youth and the business sector in order to exchange ideas on issues
relevant to the global and Philippine society. Patterned after AIESEC International's Global Youth-to-Business Forum, Y2B provides youth
representation at its best and gives companies and businesses the opportunity to gain ideas and feedback from young people, as well as a chance to shape the
youth for a better society. Y2B will be a gathering of approximately 200 young leaders from the top universities in the Philippines, AIESEC partners and alumni,
and 1,000 virtual local and international youth delegates.
Situated in the quiet rural town of Pulong Buhangin in the municipality of Sta. Maria, Bulacan, Sitio Lucia Resort Hotel and Training Center is both a training and leisure destination fully
accredited by the Department of Tourism.
Among its impressive array of facilities are seminar rooms, a conference hall, meeting rooms, board room, a teambuilding course, a camp site, and of course six swimming pools and many other leisure activities complement the training element of Sitio Lucia. The resort is particularly known for its Jurassic theme with over 50 impressive dinosaur sculptures among sprawling landscaped garden, dotted with century old trees, flowering shrubs and man-made waterfalls.

This is where the exciting part comes in. Create battle
strategies to conquer the next term, and possibly the world. (Kidding. We’re just kidding.) We’re talking a bigger and better AIESEC
Philippines for ‘13-’14, and it’s here where we talk about
how to get there.
Using the battle plans you created, it's during LC time
that you guys make plans more tailor-fit for your LC so you could take it to The

Let’s make things a little more interesting during StratCon.
Throughout the entire conference, the OC will be giving out
multiple chances to earn more Power-Up’s for your LC’s. Some may
be done individually, while others might need a little more
manpower. Some might be as obvious as “the LC with the most
number of delegates” or as random as “a race to finish your meal,
but while only using your bare hands to eat.”
MECHANICS:
1. Points from Power-Up Tuesdays will be carried over.
2. Each Power-Up during the conference, all with varying mechanics, will be announced at certain times of the day at the OC’s discretion.
3. The LC with the most number of points at the end of the conference will be awarded “Best Delegation” and will be given… certain powers. (they’re “Power-Up’s” after all)
4. Permission to have fun and go crazy: granted.

sYou think you've got the game figured out?
Think again. The game is not about you and what you can
bring to the table; fail to bring it as a team and you will not succeed, not fully. There are some challenges that simply
cannot be faced alone.Co-ops is about strategy, skill, and unity.
Tonight, you will be tried and tested together and in the end, only the whole
can come out victorious.
“How in the world will we do this without getting wet?” & “HUNGER GAMES?!”

This is where the wild things are. You better stay awake because your eyes might
play tricks on you tonight.
Get ready for Dual Shock.
Your LC’s representative. Video game characters,
male/female/aliens/other-worldly creatures. Put them all together, and you
won’t be playing video games for a very long time.

The third night is about survival.
You are in a battlefield with nothing but darkness that cannot be escaped. Lights
flicker. You can't help but be carried away by the music. Creatures move about,
but you can't seem to focus on anything--- your thirst is unquenchable. So you reach
out to look for something to drink.
But then again, this is a battlefield. Keep careful watch of yourself and your
surroundings. The goal is to get out alive.
“If drinking was a game---“ & “Are those lights for real?”
