One former ad exec calls viral loops “the most advanced direct-marketing strategy being developed in the world right now.” The key though is content and Gameday Rivals which is produced by 7-time EMMY award winning Huddle Productions definitely provides that. In 14 weeks Gameday Rivals went from an unknown (100 views) to an impressive (3.5 Million internet requests). No one knows exactly where this viral loop will take Gameday Rivals but with plans to expand to more markets and sports leagues the sky is the limit in 2009.
