This allows the staff to specifically program strength & baseball training for each player COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM Strength: based on the assessment each player will have an individualized program Baseball: defined drills & skill work for each player’s needs based on their goals Speed & Agility: translate our strength training into a functional setting on the field TOTAL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT Everything at ONE place with ONE staff to ensure every aspect of player development is accounted for your baseball success Player tracking & monthly testing WARM-UP (15 minutes) Soft tissue work, muscular activation, corrective exercises to improve imbalances and weaknesses BASEBALL SKILL DEVELOPMENT (45 minutes) Positional players: Throw: arm care, throwing program Hit: tee, front toss, machine work, HitTrax Pitchers Drills, medicine ball routine, weighted implement throwing Throwing progression specific to day and player’s schedule Recovery: post throwing work is essential to alleviating soreness and aiding recovery including - shoulder/core work, bands,TRX SPORTS PERFORMANCE (30 minutes) Speed development, sprint technique, optimizing central nervous system performance/reaction time Power development Medicine ball throws and tosses Multi-plane sport specific strength Functional movement & learn to properly: squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull Tuesday or Thursday 6:30 PM 8:00 PM
