CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY (CRP)
Tushky has always adopted a very flexible, fair and user-friendly CRP.
Our sellers are friendly and all of them try to be as accommodating as possible.
There is no single CRP that governs all sellers.
Each seller has a different CRP and it is described in the activity info page.
Class is cancelled by beneficiary after enrollment
• Credits will be refunded as per the standard CRP described by the seller
Beneficiary wants to reschedule the class after enrollment
• No charges for rescheduling
Beneficiary doesn’t like the class after attending
• Sends a ticket to [email protected]• Relationship manager addresses it and resolves by either refunding or adjusting
credits for future within 24 business hours
Class is cancelled/rescheduled by instructor
• Credits are refunded, no questions asked except when• Weather conditions, natural calamity or obstruction beyond human control has
