This product is only available for travel to and from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia,

Important Exclusions

You will not be covered for the following:

1. Damage to insured items not accompanying you as cabin baggage or hand luggage.

2. Any claim for damage by a transport carrier where the damage was not immediately

reported to the carrier and a written irregularity report obtained.

3. Any damage that you cannot prove.

4. Any mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown.

5. Any damage to or replacement of any electrical data or software.

6. Delay, detention, destruction or confiscation by custom officials or other authorities.

7. Losses recoverable from any other source, such as airlines, or other insurance.

Important Conditions

1. Gadget theft and damage claims – You need to obtain an irregularity report from the

airline immediately. Theft must be reported to the police as soon as possible.

2. You may only cancel your purchase if you are no longer travelling.
