PROJECTS FOR THE KIDS

112 SPACESHIP

“112 Spaceship” is an innova ve project. Withinthe frames of the project, the exact mini replicaof 112 building was created. Futuris call takersdemonstrate and help kids play computer gamesspecially developed for them. Winners of thegames become the “Members of 112 Spaceship”and are awarded special passes, enabling themto visit real call center. During the visit, kids aregiven possibility to witness how call takers assistpeople in emergencies in real e.

Through modern technologies, project aims atmaking kids familiar with the rules of cont g112 - when to dial emergency number and ingeneral, how to behave during the emergencies.

112 presented the me ed project in Tbilisiand regions of Georgia, as a result of whichthousands of kids were informed about theGeorgian emergency number.

AWARENESS RAISING REGARDING THEEMERGENCY NUMBER AMONG THE

KIDS

Emergency Response Center 112, under Ministryof Internal Affairs of Georgia is implementing aproject “Awareness Raising Regarding theEmergency Number Among the Kids”. Within theframes of the project, hundreds of schoolstudents visit “112” call centers in Tbilisi andRustavi.

Representatives of “112” inform the schoolchildren about emergencies, what number todial during the emergencies and how tocooperate with the call taker. Kids are also madefamiliar with the threats of making prank andhoax calls and the sanctions that apply.

Within the frames of the visit, school studentshave an opportunity to see how call centerworks and take photos.
