Mobile Learning Strategy

Mobility

Portability and

Usability Availability

Learning Engagement

Develop Mobile Strategy • Where a mobile strategy or

program does exists, we work with

you to enhance the learners

experience.

• Where a mobile strategy is either

disparate or non-existent, we help

you identify a scalable model for

your organization and learner

population.

2 0 1 5 G E C P R O P R I E T A R Y I N F O R M A T I O N

How the Process Works:

Assessment • We first identify and separate out

your high impact training program

needs from your organizations

standard operational training

needs.

Planning • We then create a customized

training portfolio by conducting a

tactical training assessment of

exist ing course materials, CBTs

or WBTs.

Development & Conversion • Next we begin converting tradit ional

instructor-led training or start development for new interactive eLearning and mLearning tutorials and briefings through the use of powerful tools such as Art iculate Storyline 2, Prezi, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate or Adobe Presenter 10.

Evaluate & Measure • Finally we review and repurpose exist ing

training measures as well as identify new training measures to carefully monitor the shift in training uti l ization and user adoption through our Learning Management System (LMS) Server.
