Pedagogy framework
• Pedagogical frameworks or toolkits are useful tools that support the development of pedagogically driven approaches to e-learning. These tools can be used also as an instrument to classify learning objects, supplementing criteria of a different nature.
• Pedagogical classification is understood as tagging the learning objects with schemes that characterize them according to the pedagogical standpoint that was used to create them, or to the actual pedagogical orientation of their constituent learning contents and activities.

The pedagogy framework for learning design is defined as model-based resource that offers a way of structuring users’ engagement that encourages reflection on theoretical concerns as well as supporting the development of practical plans for action.

Mapping the learning process
G8WAY will produce 3 different scenarios and didactical conceptswhich shall enable learners to become active and successful designers of their own transition process. .
The scenarios shall cover critical reflection of structures, opportunities and exigencies, decision making (on the ground of critical reflection), self-monitoring of learning processes, purposive selection of learning settings and tools, creativity in problem-solving and initiative taking.

Key elements of web 2.0
From the scenarios (with the help of the pedagogy framework) G8WAY will derive the key elements for building web 2.0 learning environments according to their functioning within a given corridor of learning objectives. Such basic functions might be access, search, aggregation, data manipulation, analysis, storage, reflection, presentation, representation, sharing etc.
G8WAY in the next step will develop an e-platform, which will enable learners to reflect and develop creativity potentials and transitional skills. For the generation of the e-platform a workflow method will be used, which allows for a convenient and effective way of development.

Workflow
The whole learning system is divided into four sub-workflows:
•moderation and facilitating learning processes, •reflection, mutual exchange and learning process,•administrative and •infrastructure sub-workflow.
Through a coherent analyse of co-relationship of main activities in four sub-workflow systems, some activities are identified as the key elements for the G8WAY platform.
