Spotlight on CustomersA Message from the President

As we march into 2015 I want to express my sincere appreciationfor our 2014 performance as a company. We grew our company inmany more ways than revenue and profit.

We maintained our customer base, we added many newcustomers to our family, we performed above and beyond, wesaved 34 lives, we sponsored numerous charitable causes andmaybe most importantly listened to you!

Geoff Gerks, our incoming Chief Human Resources Officer, launched our Dignity and Resect campaign in an effort to get our50,000 plus employees singing from the same sheet of music.Danny Grizzard, our Chief Operating Officer for the US SecureSolutions business has championed with his team of Regional VicePresidents an effort to renegotiate customer contracts as theycome up for renewal with a request of our customer to fund theoffering of paid sick time to our men and woman in uniform inaddition to vacation. More employee enhancing activities are wellunder way, as we are committed to ensuring we not only have thebest and the brightest servicing our customers- we also have thebest Officers who are compensated and benefited.

As we continue to perform for our customers, they will continue toinvest in our teams, but as I have said in the past, our performancefor the customer must be beyond any experience they have had inthe past with either a competitor or even G4S. If we commit tothem, they will commit to G4S. The fact that we are a 100%organically grown Secure Solutions business in the US certainlysupports this claim.

Which brings me to another significant differentiator at G4S, lookat the tenure of our staff throughout this issue of G4S News. Thesemen and women are our “secret sauce.” I can’t be more proud ofour team today and the position we have earned in our profession.

When you look at our work on these pages ahead, it would bedifficult to disagree that we, really you, are the best of the best!

Thank you for all you do and I look forward to 2015 and beyond!!

Just wanted to touch bases with you in reference to the overall performance of G4S andexpress to you how happy I am with the performance of Mike Mareth, his staff and allof the officers. We had a very challenging year with inspections, security upgrades, efficiency initiatives and then throw on top of that the fact we had a (high risk) FOFRe Inspection. In all instances the officers and staff performed well above expectations.Throughout the year I have received numerous laudatory comments from site, fleet, andNRC personnel on the performance of our security team. I could list out all of theaccomplishments of the team, but it would actually be an extremely long email. I willshorten it simply by saying this: Excellent team, excellent performance, I am very proudto lead this group and look forward to coming to work every day.

Security Manager, Nuclear Power Plant

While monitoring the cameras in the Con-trol Room G4S Officers Winona Osborneand Patrick Brown saw an inmate pick up-contraband from behind a garage can andhide the item in his pants. The G4S teamimmediately notified Detention Staff who re-sponded to the unit. The detention officerwas able to identify the inmate and foundthe contraband. Excellent job by both ofyour staff members.

Watch Commander, Florida

I am a Police Officer writing you to let you knowabout the outstanding job being done by yoursecurity officer Dimtri Capaldi. I have worked theDistrict 5 area for two years and I have workedmultiple incidents with Dimitri. I work the overnightshift and at all hours I can find Dimitri out doinghis job and patrolling in all types of weatherincluding pouring rain and snow. Dimitri is aquality employee and represents both theproperty and business well. I wanted to write youabout Dimitri, without him knowing, due to hishard work and how appreciative I am of hisservices. If every security Officer was like him inthe area I don't think there would be as manybreak ins and would make our job a lot easier. Thanks again sir for your time.

Police Officer, Virginia

I just wanted to let you know how professional, kind, and helpfulone of your officers is. I'm referring to Officer Rick Randolphwho patrols at our Hospital. I know that anytime I have problemswith unruly people here he is always there to help, and protectstaff members. I’ve had drunks, and family members who havethreatened us and I always know that if Officer Randolph is herethe situation will be taken care of quickly. Those of us who arestaff members have had to call on him many times when we'vehad problems at night. I myself being a career military personrespect his "take charge attitude". I know your people probablydon't hear enough how much we appreciate your officers thatwe feel "really care.”
