Introduction:

Group 3 Energy Ltd is specialist in providing, tailored bespoke packages of all mandatory services for Letting and Management agents throughout the UK.

Group 3 Energy was established in 2008 and has grown steadily to become a leading name in the Industry.

Our experience within the property management industry has made us market leaders in the delivery of high-quality, high-touch, and cost effective, solutions all under one roof. This is gained from our experience which includes Gas, Electrical, Public health, Compliance and Maintenance services.

Since the Government continue to introduce more and more legal requirements forlandlords, we have continued to improve and expand our products. Group 3 Energy Ltd was one of the first companies to be pro-active within this market and now with over 20 different products available to our clients we are continually recognised as not only a market mover but a dynamic market leader.

At present we have established national contracts for the provision of services with a number of blue chip property management companies throughout the UK and we are expanding every day. Our emphasis is firmly placed on providing our national clients with the level of service that they demand, coupled with unbeatable value for money.

Our Philosophy

We have in-house expertise in the field of Gas, Electrical, Oil and Maintenance specialists.

By hand selecting some of the best engineers we are able to operate more effectively and thus more efficiently which means reduced processes, reduced levels of management and therefore a more focussed customer service with responsibility and accountability being overseen directly by senior management. This means that service level expectations can be exceeded whilst still achieving cost savings for the clients.

Our engineering expertise is closely aligned with our professional site management team, who are able to balance the engineering requirements of the contract with the proactive customer facing attributes necessary to ensure that the relationship between client and supplier is a successful one built upon trust and confidence.

Also our relationship with specialist sub-contractors is fundamental to our successful service delivery. Our internal contractor vetting systems enables our specialists to provide service to the required level.

With our core planned preventative maintenance, we ensure that response times are held with all reactive works on a 24/7 basis.

The Team

Group 3 Energy Ltd believe that a vital component in reaching the specific service delivery requirements is to employ a high quality level of staff both on and off site with specific trade and management skills which are relevant to the properties we manage.

Our multi-skilled Engineers are directly responsible for ensuring that all of the Clients business objectives are met, and these objectives will be managed throughout the term of the contract.

Areas for improvement will be addressed quickly and efficiently through team management.

Our organisation structure shown below is tiered and kept minimal to deliver clear lines of reporting and escalation as to provide the best service possible.

We provide each of these services nationwide and on the majority we can provide a realistic turnaround of 3 days from instruction (dependent upon access to properties).

Services

Group 3 Energy Ltd is active in a variety of services within the industry throughout the UK. We reinforce our expertise in all our services with the relevant industry accreditations. Our focus on safety and customer service excellence underpins our ability to deliver a superior technical service.

Gas ServicesWe provide maintenance, repair and replacement of heating systems along with annual landlord safety checks and boiler servicing. It is essential that to G3E that all KPIs are met for each job. All of our engineers are highly experienced and qualified in their fields of expertise. All certification can be provided to the client in both electronic and hard copy formats.

Electrical ServicesOur electrical engineers are fully qualified and competent in conducting electrical testing in a safe manner and efficient manner. We provide maintenance, repair, testing and replacement to switchgear, electrical risers, power and lighting circuits, control panels and fire systems. All certification can be provided to the client in both electronic and hard copy formats.

HMO ServicesOur engineers are fully qualified in all fields of gas, electrical, joinery and painting and decorating. We provide annual compliance safety checks as well as a full HMO licence renewal facility. We also provide a full maintenance, repair and renewal of all appliances including an emergency out of hours callout facility. All our engineers are highly experienced and qualified in their fields of expertise. All certification can be provided to client in both electronic and hard copy formats.

Maintenance/OOHsWe provide planned preventative and reactive maintenance of all above mentioned services. We incorporate a full emergency breakdown cover with our specially managed 24/7 helpdesk, 365 days a year. All maintenance activities are electronically logged in accordance with our quality requirements and available to all of our clients.

RefurbishmentsOur engineers are fully qualified in all fields of gas, electrical, joinery and painting and decorating. We provide a full or partial refurbishment programme for all property types. All our engineers are highly experienced and qualified in their fields of expertise. All certification can be provided to client in both electronic and hard copy formats.

Client Packages

We will provide Axis Europe with a fully managed account at our Head Office. This will give you the ability to send all instructions to our central e-mail address. Instructions should include: Property details, access instructions, invoicing details and a work instruction.

Your Account Manager will allocate the jobs with instructions for our engineers to makecontact to arrange access to any properties within 24 hours. The jobs will then be completed and all certification will be returned to you via e-mail.

All of our engineers are instructed to contact our Head Office in the event of a maintenance issue occurring whilst carrying out a safety check. In this event we will contact you immediately to advise of the situation and to provide a quote for remedial work.

Our clients can rest assured that all of our engineers are fully qualified and registered with the appropriate bodies. We are happy to provide evidence of this on request. All engineers are covered by Public Liability Insurance and are governed by our corporate Health and Safety at Work policy.

We will create bespoke services around your needs. Our Senior Management and Account Management Staff are available at any time to respond to your company requirements. We have an in-depth understanding of the property letting and management business and have created our services to make the process of complying with the various articles of legislation straightforward and cost effective.
