Anodisers &

We have 200 ton capacity advanced chilling unit comprising of titanium chillers to cool and control anodising bath temperature with minimum amount of time.

We have four anodising baths comprising of tank length 24ft, 22ft, 18ft and 10ft respectively equipped with semi-automatic conveyor system. We have a separate electro colouring tank of 24ft long equipped with semi-automatic conveyor system. All anodised and electro coloured items are sealed with good sealants. Sealing is carried out by unique process with a combination of cold and hot sealing process. We have an installed power capacity of 1000 KVA to meet the present and future power requirements of our company and we do also have a 250 KVA DG set for power backup to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

We endorse environmental concern, and are equipped with in-house effluent

treatment plant We follow environmental norms and regulations.

Our Metrology department is well equipped with state-of-the-art chemical laboratory and testing facilities, for checking anodising bath, caustic bath, sealing bath concentrations and to check anodising coating thickness “FISCHER” make portable anodising coating thickness instruments are used.

For fabrication we have CNC Vertical Milling Machines, CNC Cutting machine and Press Brake for punching operations.
