College Preparation Lesson Plans

Sourced from the “Sparking the Future” program from the State of Washington.

“Got Plans? Get College” in Osceola County -- is a college and career readiness program that has been designed to introduce students to college and career options and then help them prepare for their post-secondary plans.

Curriculum maps were created beginning in middle school to teach students about college & career awareness. K-5 lesson plans have recently been added for “Got Plans? Get College”

Helps supplement the “Reach for the Stars” program where now ALL students can receive services.
