    When to OrderPlace orders at the earliest opportunity and no less than two months before the firstrehearsal to avoid rush fees. Certain materialsmay need to be imported, in which caseadditional time is needed and an import fee is charged.

    ContractsLicense to perform works in this catalogue, inwhole or in part, must be obtained in writing.A contract must be signed and returned to theG. Schirmer Rental and Performance Dept.before performance materials are shipped. Ifyou request scores and parts beyond thestandard instrumentation, additional fees willbe incurred.

    Cancelled OrdersIf an order is cancelled after a contract hasbeen signed and performance materials havebeen shipped, a cancellation fee, includingpostage and import charges, will be levied.

    Returning MaterialsYou are responsible for the return of rentalmaterials. Materials should be packedsecurely and returned by tracked delivery orother secure method within ten working daysafter the last performance; failure to do so willincur late return fees. Parcels should containyour name, organization, and address. Allmaterials should be complete and in goodcondition; you will be liable for all loss ordamage. A charge will be made for anymissing or defaced material at fullreplacement cost. This includes marking inmagic marker, colored pen, highlighter pen orthe obliteration of text or music.

    Digital Perusal ScoresScoresOnDemand is a library of digital perusalscores available for immediate download andviewing, many of which are printable.Registered users have access to completeopera and orchestra scores. All users haveaccess to chamber music score samples.Scores, samples, and instructions are atmusicsalesclassical.com/OnDemand.

    Printed Perusal ScoresPrinted scores are loaned for up to 30 days bythe G. Schirmer Rental and PerformanceDepartment. Loan extensions must bearranged with the Rental Library in writing toavoid incurring late-return fees. Scoresavailable for sale (sold by your music dealer orsold as Print-On-Demand by the RentalLibrary) are not available on printed perusal.Contact [email protected].
