Department of First Year, GHRCEM, Pune has organized

Workshop on “Basics of HTML” for students on 05th August

2017. Prof. Surendra K. Waghmare, Dean of First Year

Department welcomed the guest Mr. Vikrant Joshi, Founder,

ZenSoft Media, Pune. Prof. Riyaz Kazi gave details about the

objectives of workshop. The workshop provided theoretical as

well as hands on session on HTML. Total 45 students (A

Division) & 43 students (B Division) had participated in this

workshop. The students got benefited through this workshop by

knowing basics of HTML, applications of HTML & the concept

of designing a website.

The program was coordinated by Ms. Poonam Dhamal. All

the faculty members of the Department took hard efforts for the

successful conduction of the program.

First Year B. Tech. Dept. organizes Two Days Workshop

“Techvruddhi-2016” for first year students in association with IIT-

Guwahati on 07/10/2016 to 09/10/2016 at 9:30 am – 5:00 pm. The

programme was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Vice Principal Mr.

Pravin N. Matte, Dr. Rajendra Suryawanshi Dean (Students) and

chief guests Mr. Manish Kumar (IOT), Mr. Ashish Jha (IC-Engine

& Bridge Designing), Mr. Kaushal Kumar ( Android App.), Mr.

Gautam Gupta ( Ethical Hacking) and Dean FY B. Tech. Mr.

Praveen S. Jangade. Programme started with Saraswati Vandana by

Mrs. Shilpa Narhe. After that Vice Principal, Dean FY. B.Tech. and

Dean (Student) did floral welcome of Chief Guests. When this

felicitation was over anchor Mr. Navin Menon gave short

introduction of each guest and their experties. Vice Principal Mr.

Pravin Matte gave motivational speech to the students and Dean FY

B.Tech. also addressed students. After this all student were instructed

to go to their respective labs for training session.This workshop has

three rounds, in which 1st round is to train the students w.r.t their

feilds. Second round will be a competition among the participant

conducted by the speaker only. The last round will be conducted at

IIT-Guwahati. On the basis of these three rounds judges announced

the winners:

co-ordinators appreciated the efforts put in by them in organizing

such a marvellous programme. All faculty from F. Y. B. Tech.

Department worked hard for the success of the program. The event

One day workshop on HTML was organized by First Year B. Tech.

department of G. H. Raisoni college of Engg. and Management, Pune. It was

organized on 07/01/2017 at 09:30 am. Dr. Rajendra Suryawanshi (Dean

Student) introduced and welcomes the guest Mr. Sagar Dayma (Plus91

Technology,Pune) and Mr. Vikrant Joshi (Zensoft Media, Pune). For

divisions A & C session was conducted by Mr. Sagar Dayma industrial

person. For divisions E & G session was conducted by Mr. Vikrant Joshi

industrial person. They gave his valuable knowledge to student on “HTML

and CSS” along with Hands on. Total 150 students attended this workshop.

It was of six hours session. Students definitely benefited from their

experience and expertise. Lecture was organised by Ms. Kirti and Mr. Suraj

Kole Faculties of F.Y.B.Tech department.
