TRILEGIANT SHALL HAVENO LIABILITY FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE OR DELIVERY DUE TO ANY CAUSE BEYONDTRILEGIANT’S CONTROL, INCLUDING DELAY DUE TO UNION DISPUTES OR FACTORY PRODUCTIONSCHEDULES.
