(10) Capital of each partner in the new firm is to be maintained atRs. 75,000 by bringing or paying cash. As the case may be.

(B) A Colliery Co. holds a coal field on lease for a period of 15years beginning from 1st January, 2006. The terms of the leaseare as follows :

(2) Each years excess of minimum rent over actual royaltis i.e.short-working can be received during the subsequent twoyears.

(3) If any year due to accident or strike the actual royalty isless than minimum rent, it is to be reduced by 25% forthat year.

(4) Royalty is to be calculated at 75 paise per ton.
