Secured approximately 2.6 million sq.m. of GFA from urban redevelopment, locating in Shenzhen (59%), Dongguan (20%), and Zhuhai (21%)

In December 2012, successful debut launch of Shenzhen Kaisa City Plaza with total GFA of approximately 1 million sq.m., the largest urban redevelopment ever undertaken in Shenzhen

Significant Progress in Liability Management

In September 2012 issuance of USD250 million 12 875% senior notes due 2017 with 14x over-subscriptionIn September 2012, issuance of USD250 million 12.875% senior notes due 2017, with 14x over subscription.

In January 2013, issuance of USD500 million 10.25% senior notes due 2020, with 18x over-subscription and over 90% proceeds applied towards prepayment of offshore debt due in 2014.

Consequently, the debt maturity profile has been lengthened to 3.4 years from 2.1 years
