1.5 times credit on CV OD premium from Oct’11

Entry to CEO, Platinum, Gold and Silver Club Will be every Quarter End

Entry for Marketing Support will be Quarterly and Exit Half yearly

Eligibility Re-evaluation will happen twice in a year. First will be at the end of H1

( Average of Q1+ Q2) and Second will be H2 (Average of Q3+Q4)

Club Criteria For International Conference CEO/ Platinum/ Gold advisors needs to

upgrade or Maintain the club Status for the entire year

No Additional Tickets for International conference if up gradation in club

status takes place (H1 over H2)

List for Eligible club members for absorption to ICICI Lombard payrolls will

be finalised post H2 results subject to assessment through personal

interviews and advisors must be associated with Club Membership for more

than a year prior to evaluation

Personal Accident Sum Insured: CEO-Rs 15 L, Platinum-10L and Gold- 5L

on Club Status of FY 11-12.

Club Criteria• *CEO Club members will be accompanied by two Companion ( Next of Kin)

and Platinum Club Members will be accompanied by One Companion ( Next

of Kin) for International Conference

• ** Top 100 Silver advisors pan india will be eligible for National Conference
