Partners’ identification for the FV FANTASY project

INTERFEL started to search partners in 2016 to pursue and improve the programme EAGF 512 led by INTERFEL and an Italian partner from 2012 to 2015. - Preparation of a program sheet to explain previous program achievements - Contact of previous project partners - Contact of the existing network in the fruit and vegetables sector - Contacts during events organized by CHAFEA

INTERFEL organized a meeting in September 2016 with potential project partners - Presentation of the promotion policy - Presentation of the potential partners (structure, conducted promotion campaigns…) - Presentation of INTERFEL’s strategy - Identification of shared problems (similar consumption tendencies) INTERFEL organized several conference calls to define joint communication strategy & activities

Writing of the proposal 1. A referent in charge of the project has been appointed at the coordinator

2. A short pre-proposal (4 or 5 pages) have been written. It contained the skeleton of the

proposal (TOPIC, Activities, Objectives, Responsibilities, Schedule) and have been validated by all partners

3. The template given by the Commission have been followed to the letter

Tender procedure

For the FV FANTASY project, selection of implementing and evaluating bodies PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION OF THE PROGRAMME to CO-BUILD the project between proposing organizations, implementing and evaluation bodies.

NOTA BENE: It is possible to submit the proposal without having selected the implementing and evaluation bodies but the selection procedure should be described in the proposal
