FUZE FLEX COMPRESSED CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Fill tank with water.

• Turn on pump, ensuring SAFETY SWITCH is hooked up and working.

• Place 2x boxes Fuze Flex Powder into the 205ltr stainless tank.

• Add surfactant/colour and fragrance as desired.

• Leave pump on for 20 minutes (timer provided) no more mixing required as the solution will not drop out.

• Each drum is individually market so if you need to add more water and powder this is not a problem you simply add the water turn on the pump for 20 minutes (timer provided) and add the associated powder required.

SURFACTANTS

• The surfactant supplied allows the Fuze Flex to hold on the vehicle and enhances the cleaning ability of the powder.

• The recommended mix of the surfactant is 1ltr for 205ltrs.

• You can add more surfactant if you wish.

• By adding surfactant during the mix process you don't need to inject other surfactant products like other powder based system, allowing for simpler cheaper delivery of chemical.

COLOUR

• "it's your wash, it's your blend" by adding colour you are given the ability to give your wash its own individual look.

• Fuze Flex colurs should be added at 50 mls per 205ltrs

• By adding your own colour to the mix you don't need to inject other products with colour in them to get the same effect, allowing for more efficient delivery of product.

FRAGRANCE

• "it's your wash, it's your blend" by adding fragrance you can individualize your wash further and enhance your customers experience.

• Fragrance recommended dilution is 50 mls per 205ltrs.

• Once the fragrance is mixed in, it will hold in solution allowing for a better wash experience for your customers.

FREE ON LOAN AGREEMENT

• Our Fuze Flex tanks come at a cost which Cargroomers pays for. We do however ask for a free on loan agreement to be signed.

• The free on loan agreement simply states that the wash operator can only use Fuze Flex powder in the mixing tank.

• We don't charge rental, don't charge for spare parts on the tank as we own the tank we are responsible for any ongoing maintence.
