• Backup the network folder– Common naming convention:

• \\SERVERNAME\GPShare

– Contents:• Documentation (Enhancements, Installation Instructions)• Excel Reports (Refreshable BI reports)• Integration Manager database• Reports (for example, Crystal Reports)• Modified Forms• Modified Reports• OLE Notes• Word Templates• Installation Media, Third Party product installs
