Capability Innovation Award for 2018.

Financial Wellness Matters For many years, retirement plans emphasized participation and saving rate while employees struggled to manage day-to-day needs and competing financial goals. But at AIG Retirement Services, we have a different vision. We encourage everyone to Plan for their 100. While living a long life was once regelated to a lucky few, today it’s increasingly becoming the norm, thanks to medical advances and healthier lifestyles.

From our perspective, financial wellness means helping individuals manage their finances today and empowering them to achieve their long-term goals. We offer a holistic financial wellness offering that can seamlessly pair into an existing wellness program.

FutureFIT University Comprised of 20 short, interactive education modules, or playlists, designed to help demystify key financial topics. The program uses video, animation, 3-D gaming and avatars to bring complex financial concepts to life, including:

Student Loan Forgiveness Program AIG engaged a social impact technology firm to provide employees with an online student loan evaluation tool to determine eligibility for federal repayment and forgiveness programs. An employee answers a few questions on the secure website, and the software will do the rest. It will automatically determine the employee’s repayment options, including whether they qualify for any loan forgiveness program and show them what their potential savings could be.

about financial matters and share ideas on paying off debt, managing a budget, saving for a house, with the goal to encourage higher savings rates, improved financial wellness and more control over their financial lives.

• Portfolio Manager (45 fee-based bps, managed account option) –includes consultations with a financial professional, automatic implementation of investment advice, annual retirement income projections and ongoing portfolio monitoring and asset rebalancing.

• Portfolio Advisor (no fee)–generates advice online and your employees can choose to implement the investment advice, asset rebalancing and regenerate guidance periodically.

Retirement Pathfinder Retirement Pathfinder is an interactive planning tool that allows your employees to “write their own” retirement story.
