• Technical Details
• Altova Style Vision tool ( optional tool- can use any other style sheet tools like Oxygen, Liquid also) is used
for generating the style sheet.
• Style sheet v.1.0 is supported by Loan IQ ( No other higher version) for formatting the notices and bills in
scripted notices approach
• All kind of formatting requirements can be addressed in style sheet.
• Business rules can also be applied using style sheet.
E.g.: 2 lines of information for borrower or 4 lines of information for lender profile,
Conditional application,
Auto calculations like division, multiplication,
Basic algorithms
• X query, Java Script or Java can be used for business rules for complex scenarios.
• Newly generated Scripted Notices are saved in
• Loan IQ Database in VLS_FAX_XML_ITEM table in the encoded format
• Scripted notices will generate during auto generation of transactions
• Limitations
• Scripted notice has to be designed , developed entirely and old text template can not be used or extended in
this approach

• Flexible Notice format- Classic & Scripted Approach at a time:
A borrower Notice can be aesthetically rich using new Scripted Notice
approach with a different template / data where as Lenders can still get
the classic notice in text format in the same transaction.
It means new solution allows you to use different notice formats for
borrowers and lenders within the same transaction at same time for
notices.
