COMPLETE BUNK BED SETS Our bunk bed sets start with either a floor or wall mounted bed that measures 27” W x 75” L and is constructed from steel. Available in beige only. The floor mounted set includes two beds, a ladder, two safety rails with hardware and an attachment kit of four steel support posts. The wall mounted set includes two beds, a ladder, one safety rail with hardware and an attachment kit of one support post. MATTRESSES We offer either a 27” W x 75” L x 3” D foam mattress or a 27” W x 75” x 4” D densified polyester mattress. BEDSIDE CABINET Choose between an 18” W x 18” D floor or wall mounted bedside cabinet. Each are constructed from 18 gauge steel, includes two shelves, a hasp on the door for locking, are available with left or right door mounting, and finished with a beige powder coat. The wall mounted cabinet is 36” high and the floor mounted version has four 12” legs for a total height of 48”.

CELL DESK PCI manufactures a wall mounted style steel cell desk that is 20” W x 30” D. The desk can be configured with either a short or long neck stool, which is sold separately. The desk is stainless steel. The short neck stool is 12” with a wall mounted arm that positions the seat to the side of the desk. The arm and wall mount are finished with a beige powder coat and the seat is stainless steel.

MIRRORS PCI offers two sized plastic mirrors. The first is a 3” x 5” mirror that is approved for Level 5 or General Population Housing. Minimum order 32. The second mirror is 8” x 10” and is approved only for General Population Housing. Designed with dovetail joints on the fourcorners, drawers are constructed from birch multi-ply and fin-ished with antique-finished brass hardware. Drawers hold let-ter or legal-size files and include hanging rails. Drawer facesare ¾”-thick and feature coved front edges. Desks, credenzas,and files have hand-applied decorative hardwood moldingsand come with central locking systems.

Pallet RacksPallet rack systems are constructed of two basic components—upright support frames and load beams. Pallet racks are avail-able in standard heights of 8’ and 10’ with depths of 42”, 44”,and 48”. Other dimensions are available upon request as spe-cial order items. Beams have 1½”-recessed steps to acceptsteel decking or wood planking. Beams feature 1½” centers toprovide adjustable vertical clearance. The beams have threelug fittings at each end that drop into posts for a rigid, free-standing structure. Each heavy-duty storage pallet rack isassembled with two upright support frames, four or more loadbeams, and optional pallet supports for the shelving deckpanel. These heavy-duty racks are ideal for palletized, carpet, drum, and reel storage.
