Multiple configuration seatingThe popular Lambeth seat has been designed to offer a wide range of

seating configurations, all from a standard 3 person / 1800mm long

seat. In particular, there are many DDA-compliant arm arrangement

options, with selected 2- and 3-arm assemblies designed to make it

easier for elderly and less-able users to manoeuvre on and off the

seat from the side. The Lambeth is an ideal seating solution for local

neighbourhood and urban park schemes, which demand simple

styling, user-comfort and a robust construction. Seat standards and

arms are cast in tough ductile iron to ensure vandal resistance and

longevity, and the seat slats can be supplied in durable iroko timber

or recycled plastic material. Other products within the Lambeth range

include a bollard, litter bin and cycle stand.

Timber or recycled plastics slatsThe rudimentary design and construction of the Newstead, and its

sister product the Ashburton, provides a strong, hardwearing and

economic seating solution, ideal for placement on the street, in parks

and open spaces, and school grounds. The seat supports are square

hollow section steel tube, hot dipped galvanised as standard, with

the option of supplementary polyester powder coating if a coloured

finish is required. Newstead slats are in iroko hardwood, smooth

planed and untreated, fixed to the steel supports with visible coach

bolts. To maintain a longer lasting rich colouration to the timber a

UV protective finish can be factory-applied prior to delivery to site.

The Ashburton seat simply replaces the hardwood slats with recycled

plastic slats, in a choice of brown or black.

A coordinated range of seats, benches and tablesPlymouth seats and benches are longstanding favourites from our extensive seating range, offering many different configuration options that

are particularly popular for school grounds and local parks due to the combination of robust design and economic pricing. Coordinated seats

with backs, benches and tables are available in three standard lengths, all supplied flat-packed for on-site assembly and base-plated for a

simple bolt-down installation. All steelwork is hot dip galvanised for the ultimate protection against corrosion, over which a tough black plastic

coated finish is applied. All timbers are from durable iroko hardwood with a supplementary Sadolin coating to maintain a richness of colour

for longer. As well as the standard straight products, seats and benches are offered in hexagonal arrangements and benches only as circular

enclosures for use around trees and other such site features.

A popular seat for over 30 yearsThe Metropolitan is a modern classic, originally designed for the burgeoning new town of Milton Keynes in the 1980s, but now seen all

over the country. The distinctive end profile of the Metropolitan is formed by precision-made tubular steel sections, and the continuous seat

platform / back is available as either perforated sheet steel or with horizontal timber slats. This popular range of seats are robustly constructed

and designed to withstand the demands of areas which experience a high pedestrian footfall and high seating take-up, such as town centres

and transport hubs.

Understated economic designThe Fan bench combines the contemporary aesthetic of steel with

the natural beauty of iroko hardwood timber slats to create an

eye-catching bench with unique appeal. The timbers on the Fan are

firmly supported by distinctive yet discrete flared ‘legs’, themselves

fixed to triangular base plates for bolt-down fixing. The understated

appearance of the Fan offers good value for money, particularly in

the mild steel version.

All-steel, all-welded constructionThe Alpine and Melbourne seating ranges are one-part all-steel products, making them extremely tough and therefore suited to areas that

may attract high levels of vandalism. These fully-welded constructions are a high strength product with no fixings or fittings that can be

tampered with. The Alpine is available in stainless steel only, with a distinctive arch profile linking the posts and the integrated seating /

backrest platform. The Melbourne by contrast has a simpler angular form and is manufactured from mild steel with a galvanised finish, with

the option of a supplementary polyester powder or plastic coating to give a coloured appearance. Both ranges employ precision-formed seat

/ backrest slats from heavy duty flat section material. Seats (with backrests) and backless benches are available in both ranges as standard, in

1820mm long units to comfortably accommodate three people. The support posts are offered for in-ground or bolt-down installation and

armrests are an option on all models.

Outdoor work / dining tables for childrenThe Kinder range offers combined benches and tables specifically designed for children, with robust construction and durable finishes that

are ideal for use in school playgrounds and amenity play areas. Kinder is available in 2 heights, to suit infant and primary school ages. Units

can be used as singled-sided versions or doubled up in a picnic-table style arrangement. All steelwork is hot dip galvanised as standard, with

Purpose-designed seating for young childrenThe Nursery seat is designed for young children either in nursery or the early years of

primary school. Seat standards are in cast steel and the seat plaform and backrest in oak.

The Nursery seat comes in a choice of four primary colours - blue, green, red or yellow - and

can be painted in a single or multiple colours to fit with your scheme or school colours. The

Infant steel and timber seat is the perfect size for young children either in nursery or the
