REFRESH BUTTON To insert batteries: Using a Phillips/cross head or flat head screwdriver (not included), loosen screws in battery compartment cover (screws remain attached to cover). Remove cover. Insert 4 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries. Your FURBY is ignoring other FURBY creatures. Your FURBY can't see the others. Your FURBY is too far away from its friends. Make sure your FURBY and its friends are facing each other. Try moving them closer together. The music is playing, but FURBY isnʼt doing anything! Your FURBY can't hear the music. Turn it up! Your FURBY isn't responding to the FURBY BOOM app. FURBY keeps falling asleep while youʼre using the FURBY BOOM app. Sometimes FURBY stops paying attention when you only use the app to play. Be sure to pet, poke, tickle or shake FURBY every few minutes to keep FURBY awake. Your FURBY can't hear it. Make sure the speaker on your device is pointed at FURBY and move it closer.
