Manage Your Processes Like a ProThe Fundamentals of Business Process Management course, available now through UNBC School of Business and UNBC Continuing Studies, provides today's business professionals an opportunity to improve their process management expertise.
Fundamentals of Business Process Management provides learners a basic understanding of the business process management (BPM) lifecycle.
Participants will begin with learning systematic identification and prioritization of business processes within an organization.
Learning Outcomes:

Demonstration of all stages ofthe BPM lifecycle
Process DevelopmentThis course introduces participants to critical knowledge concerning business process management concepts and process optimization that staff and managers of any organization will find applicable to their day-to-day operations.
Course Highlightso A process discovery phase is examined which leads to the development and understanding of an
as-is process modelo Qualitative and quantitative techniques are used to analyze the performance and assess the
impact of changeso Examination of the BPM lifecycle and different components that include redesign, implementation
and monitoring of the lifecycleo Course also includes a lab component for documenting and simulating business processes at
various levels of detail using BPMN and modelling techniques
