Comfortable, welcoming & generous, Mayfair Lane is your home-away-from-home, your lovable local pub & dining room nestled in the side streets of West Perth.

From a whole venue capacity of 420 to a Private Dining Room of 30 seated, we have the space for any function, large or small.

Our space is suitable for wine tastings, launches, private dining, corporate events, celebrations and weddings.

When only mum’s best china will do, our secluded private dining room is the perfect escape from the bustle of the bar. We offer à la carte or set menu options for up to 30 people for an intimate long table dinner. The space can also be used for 40 guests standing for a cocktail and canapé function.

Our Private Dining Room is perfect as a stylish meeting space, equipped with a projector and screen.

Fabulous for a sophisticated knees-up, the eclectic atmosphere of The Cocktail Bar is ideal for lounging, casual dining or cocktail events.

Why not try your hand at one of our private cocktail classes?

With your own section of the bar and restroom facilities, the space feels totally exclusive without blocking out the atmosphere and buzz of the main bar.

It’s a sophisticated twist on a casual place to meet and dine.

Our sprawling Balcony at the front is the perfect place for casual dining or a relaxed drink al fresco.

Perfect for cocktail parties and canapé functions it can also be combined with the cocktail area to provide a large space for up to 150 guests.

If you’re keen to get raucous, our main floor is a buzzing ballroom for stand-up, cocktail or seated style parties.

It’s our largest space, consisting of bar tables and stools, as well as an area for a DJ or band to set up. This space can be tailored for any casual or fine dining experience.

Canapés are always a good idea! Whether it’s a networking function, corporate sundowner or birthday party; these tasty morsels always add a touch of elegance. With a generous selection of both veggie and gluten free options, as well as lighter to substantial choices, there’s definitely something to suit every palate.

We would recommend 3 or 4 servings per hour to substantially feed your guests.

Alternatively we can offer canapé platters (20 pieces) if that suits you best.

Sometimes you just need to treat yourself. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, company celebration or networking lunch, somewhere private for guests to relax or the buzz & atmosphere of the main floor, we can provide the perfect venue for your special event.

Whatever you decide, we’ll have a dedicated member of staff to look after your group, ensuring that guests leave with nothing but happy memories!

Set menus are recommended for groups with 12 or more diners.

T E R M S + C O N D I T I O N SWRISTBANDSWristbands can be supplied for your function free of charge if opting for a drinks tab/package; please enquire when making your booking.

MUSICMayfair Lane has an in-house music system which includes an extensive collection of regularly updated music; this plays throughout the venue. The volume of the music can be adjusted during your function to suit your specific needs - please be aware that on busy nights some residual noise is unavoidable. Due to the open plan nature of Mayfair Lane, functions are unable to have differing music throughout the venue. However, the secluded nature of our private dining room does enable groups to hire or provide their own music system; this room can also be hired to host meetings and has projector facilities.

BEVERAGESThere are several options for beverages during your function at Mayfair Lane. These can be charged on a consumption basis, with your choice of a bar tab or the option of a cash bar for guests to purchase their own drinks. Alternatively, you may choose to pre-order one of our beverage packages as detailed earlier in this pack. Drink Packages can be arranged for 30 people or more – ‘D’ package 20 people or more.

Please understand that all beverages are subject to availability, and wine vintages are subject to change with-out notice. If you foresee the need for a large amount of a specific product for your event, please give us at least 7 working days notice.

MENUSPlease note that the menus detailed in this document are subject to availability and change. Canapé and set menu choices do require confirmation & final numbers 5 working days prior to the function date. Share food packages require 3 working days notice. Depending on your numbers and other bookings, we may require a pre-order for set menu items.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SUNDAYSA surcharge of 20% of the total account will apply to all functions that fall on a public holiday or a Sunday.

INSURANCEMayfair Lane’s staff are always extremely careful when looking after guests’ belongings; however the venue does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of property left in the venue prior to, during or after a function. The onus to arrange insurance is that of the clients.

DUTY OF CAREUnder the liquor licensing laws of Western Australia we have a duty of care to all our clients. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to persons we feel are deemed to be approaching intoxication; refuse entry and service to underage persons; remove any persons creating a disturbance.

Bar staff may request to see proof of age when serving alcohol; please ensure any of your guests, who are fortunate enough to look under-age, have a passport, Australian driver’s licence or Western Australia proof of age card with them. To comply with WA law, all guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their own parents or legal guardian, who must stay with them for the duration of their time within Mayfair Lane. These guidelines reflect both the legal requirements and the desire of Mayfair Lane to be a caring and ethical leader in the leisure and hospitality industry.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTSA deposit is usually required for all functions. The booking will be confirmed when a deposit, along with the function confirmation form, is received. Payment of the deposit is your acceptance of these terms and conditions. All payments must be made in full by close of business on the day of your function. The deposit amount usually covers the room hire fee. If there is no room hire fee, the deposit amount will be advised by your Functions Manager.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY (PRIVATE)If cancelled less than 14 days prior, forfeiture of the deposit. If cancelled less than 3 days prior, you will be charged for any food ordered by the venue for your event.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY (CORPORATE)Written notice is required – this can be by email. All cancellations will require forfeiture of the deposit, if one has been paid. If cancelled less than one month of the event– 50% of the anticipated food and beverage account will need to be paid. If cancelled less than 14 days of the event – 100% of the total anticipated food and beverage account will be charged.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGSMayfair Lane does not accept tentative bookings due to the high demand on our function spaces. Once the Function Confirmation Form has been received, our Functions Manager will contact you by email to confirm that the room is available and your booking has been secured. Receipt of credit card information will be used for security purposes and will be charged for deposit and when further payment is required. No function will be considered booked until our Functions Manager has received this form and confirmed it with you.

FINAL CONFIRMATIONIf pre-ordering, final confirmation of food and beverage is required 1 week before the function. Final numbers are required 3 business days before the function. Numbers declared on this date will become the minimum required with payment. If numbers increase past this date please inform us. Whilst we will do our best to facilitate any increases in numbers at short notice, this will be dependent on other existing bookings and the capacity of the venue on that day.
