1. 1. Prepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes of different levels and abilities. 2. Mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of students’ progress and development. 3. Research new topic areas, maintain up-to- date subject knowledge, devise and write new curriculum materials 4. Select and use a range of different learning resources and equipment including visual aids, textbooks and creative projects to gain student involvement. 5. Manage students’ behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and apply appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior. 6. Undertake pastoral duties such as taking on the role of form tutor, and support students on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties. 7. Communicate with parents and guardians over students’ progress and participate during General PTA Meetings, and whole school training activities. 8. Participate in and organize extracurricular activities such as scouting, social activities and sporting events. 9. 1. Give daily assignments and check them religiously.2. Utilize more hands-on methods of instruction rather than the lecture method.3. Use audio-visual aids in all instructional activities.4. Concentrate on reading lessons for the first two months.5. Follow-up slow learners and conduct remedial sessions.6. Conduct an evaluation after every lesson.7. Master every subject matter to be taught.8. Target a zero non-reader class and drop-out.

9. Monitor habitual absentees.10. Make home visits.11. Solve pupils problem immediately.12. Render at least 8 hours of actual teaching every day.13. Participates actively to community and allied services.14. Come to school on time and leave only after class hours.
