    We tailor each menu to the bride and grooms’ specifications.

    Pay only R200 for service providers who will sit at a seperate table from the main hall.

    Children under 5 are free of charge, if a place is laid for a child, it will count as full price.

    FRIDAY NIGHT BRAAIThe Friday night is a great opportunity for both families to have an informal get together.

    BEAURAIN venue makes this possible by catering at the Boshuisies Lapa, please inquire about our menus and prices.

    SATURDAY MORNING

    FOR THE GROOMSMEN

    Seeing as you have extra time on hand, being naturally beautiful already, we offer a morning of clay pigeon shooting and beer breakfast in the wildcamp.

    FOR THE BRIDAL PARTY

    We know the girls don’t need any entertainment while getting ready for the big day, that is why we offer the option to deliver our champagne platters, filled with snacks and cold bubbles!

    BAR & DRINKS PRICE LIST• The bar is open on Friday 2pm-8pm

    (no cooler bags allowed on the property)

    • The bar is open on Saturday 4pm-midnight (for every additional hour R1000 will be charged)

    • The bar is cashless and will only accept cards, Snap Scan or Zapper

    • In the event that the BEAURAIN bar are not able to source the wine, corkage will be charged at R100 a bottle

    Special arrangements and an open bar tab can be arranged.

    - LEGAL MATTERS -

    BEAURAIN venue is used at own risk.

    The staff at BEAURAIN venue accepts no responsibility

    for the loss of any personal belongings and/or injuries.

    Right of admission reserved.

    BEAURAIN venue is a non-smoking venue,there are

    outdoor areas for smoking.

    Bar facilities are fully licenced.

    All gifts, including envelopes with cash, is the sole

    responsibility of the bridal party. BEAURAIN venue and

    their staff will not accept any responsibility for the

    safe guarding of wedding gifts.

    The 1st visit is to confirm

    and secure wedding date.

    The 2nd visit is to bring

    service providers.

    The 3rd and final visit, 2 weeks

    prior to the wedding, is to finalise

    everything for your wedding day

    (menu, head count, payments

    and accommodation list).

    A tasting visit can be

    arranged at an extra fee.

    HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR WEDDING DATE • 1ste venue visit

    • Temporary date reservation for two weeks

    • Sign contract & send to venue administration

    • Receive an invoice number (use for all payments)

    • Pay deposit

    • Wedding date confirmed

    THURSDAYSThe venue will be cleaned, and tables will be moved in place accordance to your table placement diagram

    Please ensure you send the table placement diagram to the venue office 2 weeks before the wedding

    - GENERAL INFORMATION DECORATION TIMES -

    FRIDAYS

    • The tables are set to bride’s specifications

    • if you are bringing your own table cloths, runners or underplates, please ensure that they are at the venue thursday evening/Friday morning so the staff can set the tables.

    • If the tables are not done by 17:00pm Friday, we will charge overtime for the staff to stay and finish the table setting.

    • The bridal party can do their decorations the whole Friday and Saturday morning.

    • Tea and coffee will be available the whole day at the venue.

    • If no prior arrangements are made for platters, you are responsible for your own lunch and snacks while you are preparing the venue.

    • Please ask the venue manager if you want to move any of the venue furniture.

    • If you have any queries please speak directly to the venue manager.

    • The Sunday and Monday after the wedding all personal decor and belongings of the bridal party should be removed from the premises.the venue staff do all the cleaning.

Their out of the ordinary floral designs and bespoke event curation, along with their understanding of the venue is why we trust no other floral stylists with our space and our clients’ occasion.

    Step 1 | To start, Botanicus sends their Floral Questionnaire to be completed by you to get an idea of your vision.

    Step 2 | Botanicus will formulate an initial Concept and Quotation based on your basic requirements as indicated in the Floral Questionnaire.

    Step 3 | Meet with Botanicus at the venue to unpack the initial Quotation and discuss the Concept in detail.

    Step 4 | A Deposit is now payable to Botanicus.

    Step 5 | Botanicus will finalize and present the Concept and Invoice based on your requirements and the discussions at the venue.

    Step 6 | The outstanding balance is payable to Botanicus 30 days prior to your event.

    THE DESIGN PROCESS

    ONCE YOU HAVE CONFIRMED AND SECURED YOUR DATE AT THE VENUE, BOTANICUS WILL START THE PROCESS TO TURN YOUR EVENT INTO AN OUT OF THE ORDINARY OCCASION. THIS IS A STEP-BY-STEP OUTLINE OF THEIR APPROACH.

    • A block booking for all rooms for the day of the event is mandatory

    • BEAURAIN venue can accommodate 40 people on the premises

    • All accommodation is available at a set price per room PER NIGHT

    • All accommodation must be managed by the bridal party and paid to BEAURAIN, 2 weeks before the wedding

    • A block booking for all rooms for 2 nights is mandatory

    • The bridal party is responsible for collecting all payments from their guests for the accommodation and a once-off payment must be made to BEAURAIN

    • Please do not give BEAURAIN’s bank account details to your guests

    • Please ensure you do not put more people per room as specified in room capacity

    • all accommodation includes breakfast

    • Check-in time is 12:00 and check-out is 14:00 Sunday
