10. Information Item

10.1 An Executive Session of the Board of Education will be November 15, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the

Board of Education Office.

10.2 The next regular meeting of the Board of Education will be December 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in

the Fulton High School Library.

10.3 The Fulton School District No. 58 encourages qualified persons interested in running for a

position on the School Board to file to be a candidate in the April 3, 2018, election. Interested

persons may file at the superintendent’s office located at 2 Hornet Drive, Fulton, Missouri,

65251. Filing will begin on December 12, 2017, at 8:00 a.m. and will continue during the

district’s regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Except for the first and last day of filing, filing will not occur on days that the schools are closed

for student attendance due to inclement weather. Filing will also not occur on the following

holidays and breaks when school is not in session for student attendance: December 22, 2017

through January 2, 2018 and January 15, 2018. Filing will end on January 16, 2018, at 5:00 p.m.

There are two positions available with three-year terms.
