    Board Member Attendance: Salma Ahmed, Chair; Michael Fitzgerald, Vice-Chair; Lisa Aman; and Edward London. Staff Attendance: DeWayne Pinkney, Secretary/Deputy Chief Appraiser; Dwight Robinson, Chief Appraiser; Curtis Broden and Tara Parker, Deputy Chief Appraisers; Vincent Clark, Gaetjens Coreus, Brian Gardner, and Zachary Mitchell, Appraisal Managers; Henry Brigham, Information Systems Manager; Jacqueline Davis, Administrative Coordinator; Reginald Elder, GIS Manager; Hasell Brown, GIS Analyst, Cheryl Ringer and Kimberly Alexander, Fulton County Attorney’s Office; April Majors, Fulton County Department of External Affairs.

    Chair Salma Ahmed called the meeting to order at 12:40 p.m.

    Approval of Agenda – 18-1101-100 – Motion to approve with addition of a presentation from Al Nash with the Fulton County Development Authority: London, Second: Aman. The motion passed unanimously. Invocation – Edward London gave the invocation. Approval of October 18, 2018 Minutes – 18-1101-101 – Motion to approve: London, Second: Aman. The motion passed with Ahmed, Aman and London voting in favor and Fitzgerald abstaining. Development Authority of Atlanta 18-1101-102 – 161 PCA Apartments LLC – Motion to approve: Fitzgerald, Second: London. The motion passed unanimously. Development Authority of Fulton County 18-1101-103 – 8 West Apartments LLC – Motion to approve: Fitzgerald, Second: London. The motion passed unanimously Development Authority Presentation – Al Nash, CEO, Development Authority of Fulton County along with Rose Burden, Eileen O’Neill and Jeffrey Rash from Ernst & Young gave a presentation on the successes of development incentive projects throughout Fulton County.
