PEP High-FrequencyScreensThe PEP High Frequency Series includes theVari-Vibe® and Duo-Vibe® high frequencyscreens. These screens range from 6' x 6'up to 6' x 24' in single, double and triple deckconfigurations depending on screen model.The PEP Vari-Vibe® screens offer high frequencyscreen action on all screen decks for processingfine material separations, while the PEPDuo-Vibe® offers dual frequency with scalper/high frequency combination screen forprocessing coarse and fine material separations.

SUPER SERIES IIIBy combining the PEP Duo-Vibe®

dual frequency screen with a tripledeck horizontal screen onto oneportable chassis, the majority offines can be removed first to allowefficient sizing later. This pre-screening process successfullyeliminates the problem ofoverloading and blinding on thebottom deck of the horizontalscreen. Portable units come withthree side transfer conveyors plusdischarge conveyor that collectsfines from both screens, butstationary structures can beconfigured when necessary.
