Injection Molding

Do you need custom plastic parts? For large quantities and fast turnaround

or specialized, small-volume runs, Pittsfield Plastics produces injection

molded plastic parts and custom designed molds from our fully equipped

injection molding facility. We have 37 machines ranging from 75 to 730 tons,

cleanroom options and a CNC turning center, plus full-scale thermoplastic

capabilities, computer-aided manufacturing, skilled machine operators, and

first-class quality assurance.

Plastics Extrusion Company provides precision cores extruded on precise,

quality extruders, using precision vacuum forming. We deliver high tolerance

inside diameter, outside diameter and high tolerance wall thickness. We

hold precise lengths using precise secondary slitting equipment. Pittsfield

Plastics offers precision slicing, CNC machining, precision punching, screen

printing, and sonic welding.
