Help organize the reception activities from the minute your reception starts until your grand exit Oversee that all of the hidden details have been considered & addressed during reception Helps direct cocktail hour & seating arrangements Will line up your wedding party for Grand Entrances, help with young ring bearers & flower girls, if needed Wedding emergency kit provided Works with the DJ, Photographer, & Videographer to help capture the special moments Stays in constant with the facility & caterer to keep everyone on the same page Makes sure you get to eat & drink!
