2004 Luminescence D 6540 Full-Color Emission from In 2 S 3 and In 2 S 3 :Eu 3+ Nanoparticles. — As revealed by luminescence spectroscopy In2S3:Eu 3+ nanoparticles exhibit red emission near 615 nm in addition to broad blue and green emissions. These nanoparticles show full-color emission with high efficiency, fast lifetime decays, and good stability.
