    This six hour, DVD based course is a core curriculum designed for

    everyone in the congregation, regardless of their financial situation. The

    course looks at the five financial areas of life (earning, giving, saving,debt, and spending), explores what the Bible says and what the culture

    says about each of them, and then trains participants in the basic toolswith which to implement those principles into their daily lives. And it does

    it in a grace-filled manner no guilt or judgment allowed. Just Gods truth

    communicated in a compelling way.

    Folks complete the course with a personalized Spending Plan in

    their hand, the knowledge in their heads to implement it and the motiva-

    tion in their hearts to follow through. The DVD format is excellent for useby small groups or even individuals.

    Good $ense resources can be utilized to teach, train, and supportand encourage your congregation in the core value of biblical steward-

    ship. The resources can be used as their own ministry system or in con-

    junction with other stewardship resources.

    We believe deeply that stewardship of financial resources lies at

    the heart of Christian discipleship. The failure of the church to articulatea biblical perspective on money and possessions yields the day to theseductive messages of materialism that are rampant in our culture. The

    failure to speak into the topic is an act of self marginalization by the

    church.

    Good $ense resources benefit the local church and its members in a varietyof ways:

    They support the pastor and staff in what is often felt to be a difficultministry area;

    They assist individuals in removing money as a barrier to full devo-

    tion to Christ;

    They lead individuals into God-honoring management of their re-

    sources and the resultant joy, peace, contentment and freedom that

    brings;

    They free individuals from the bondage of consumer debt;

    They restore relationships torn by conflict over money;

    They create a stewardship culture of generosity that assures the re-

    sources necessary for the church to reach its redemptive potential.
