The undersigned is directed to refer CPWD letter No. il2/27/2015-EC-IV (SC) dated 03.08.2018 on the subject above. CPWD has stated that due to v ery late receiving of dossiers against the reported vacancy for Steno exam-2015 i.e. in 2017 f rom SSC, while reporting for Steno Exam 2016 some excess reporting was done. later 011 (in 2017), when dossiers against the reported vacancy of 2015 were received, they are left with very limited vacancy (copy enclosed) and out of 67 dossiers sent to them for the year 2016, they are in a position to accommodate only 47 candidates. In view of that, they have returned the rest of the 20 dossiers as they are reft with no vacancy at an. 2. Further. as may be aware, 2-UR candidates' dossiers have been withheld in this Ministry as, these have been received agafnst the vacancy of 1-0H (CPWO) and 1-ExSM (TCPO) in this Ministry. After r,eceiving clarification from SSC vide its letter no.26/5/2016/EDB (Part) dated 25.07.2018 that UR candfdates may be appornted against the horrzontal vacancy, this Ministry may be in a position to accommodate only one UR candidate with hig.hest rank i.e. Sh. Govind Singh (Roll o.2201041452, Rank SL/ 362) in its TCPO office. Accordingly, rest 21 {twenty one dossiers} as per list attached are bejng sent to as there ts no vacancy in this Ministry to accomodate these candidates.
