FRP CUFFSFRP CUFF PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

The FRP Cuffs (FRP Cuff Plates & Reducer Boots) are to be installed as an entry fitting in fiberglassContainment Sumps; Tank, Dispenser, Transition and Vent/Vapor Sumps. The FRP Cuff shall bemanufactured by Western Fiberglass.

1.01 SUITABILITY- The FRP Cuff shall:A. Provide a vacuum or fluid tight seal around any pipe or electrical conduit into a containment sump.B. Allow for ground movement while maintaining a vacuum or fluid tight seal.C. Prevent any ground, surface or run-off water from exiting through cuff seal.D. Contain any release of environmental contaminants within the containment system through cuffseal.1.02 CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONSA. Be manufactured from a U.L. Listed material.B. Be constructed of materials that are not harmful to the environment.C. Be suitable for petroleum products and blends including methanol and ethyl alcohol mixtures.D. Be non-permeable to hydrocarbons and not weakened by exposure to these materials.E. Accommodate varying pipe and conduit sizes.

FRP CUFF LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

This limited warranty constitutes our only responsibility and obligation to repair and or replace materials or components. Wemake no other express or implied warranties or any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use except for thelimited conditional warranty stated below.

1. CONDITIONS OF WARRANTYThis warranty applies only to materials and components manufactured by Western Fiberglass, Inc., and is subject to notificationby the original customer within (30) days of the first discovery of each cause, effect or occurrence which may cause any claimunder this limited warranty, further:A. The components manufactured by Western Fiberglass, Inc. be used only for the purpose for which they were designed,intended, and installed, further:B. That the use of said systems and components be for the normal uses, service conditions and installation in accordance withthe manufacturer's instructions.

2. LIMITED WARRANTYSubject to the conditions herein, Western Fiberglass, Inc. warrants, for the period and conditions below, that componentsmanufactured by Western Fiberglass, Inc.:A. Will conform to manufacturer's specifications at time of sale and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship forone (1) year from date of original purchase, further:B. Will not fail due to external corrosion for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase while remainingundisturbed in the original installation configuration, further:C. Will not fail due to internal corrosion in any application designed and used for the containment of the materials specifiedupon original order for the same period, as described in paragraph B., in section 2 above.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERA. Contractor/End User is responsible for removal and replacement of any fuel dispensing equipment to allow access to the cuffand cuff accessories. This may include but is not limited to the dispenser(s).B. Contractor/End User is responsible for any fee's, permits and necessary approvals for finding, diagnosing and repairing thedefect or problem.C. Contractor/End User agrees to be responsible for all fees and costs if defect or problem is not caused by the Cuff or is a directresult of incorrect installation or application.D. Contractor/End User is responsible for travel fees outside of the continental United States.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF WESTERN FIBERGLASSA. For a period of three (3) years, Western Fiberglass will provide materials at no cost to repair or replace and defective Cuffprovided the User Responsibilities described above are adhered to.B. Western Fiberglass assumes no responsibility for down time, loss of business, fees or fines except as outlined in item A inparagraph 4.

3. LIMITATION REMEDIESWestern Fiberglass, Inc. will at its option, repair or replace the defective materials and or components found to be defective byWestern Fiberglass, Inc. in accordance with these conditions. These repairs or replacements will be furnished by WesternFiberglass, Inc. at no cost other than shipment fees hereunder. Any claims not covered by Western Fiberglass, Inc., will be thesole responsibility of the customer.

Western Fiberglass, Inc. will not be liable for any direct, incidental, special or consequential damages or other loss, including, but not limited to, damage to or lossof other property or equipment, loss of contents or service, environmental damages and or cleanup costs, loss of facilities or income, and personal injuries, whetherto customers, its owners, officers, agents, employees, invitee, or otherwise, resulting from natural causes including, but not limited to, flood, fire earthquake orother act of God, negligence, willful misconduct or other cause not expressly described herein, regardless of when the same might occur.
