The Frontline Nursing and Midwifery Programme is aimed at qualified Nurses and Midwives (band 5, 6, and 7), participants will learn to reflect on their strengths, their role and their ability to do what they came in to the profession to do - make a difference to people’s lives.

Over the course of six months you will:• build your confidence and capability to have even

greater influence on care• learn to recognise what you do well and find out what

you can do better• develop new skills and put them into practice• take the opportunity to think about how your

behaviour impacts on those around you, including patients, colleagues and care teams

“This programme has not only affected my professional development but helped me grow as an individual and become a more ‘rounded’ person.”

“This has allowed me to develop a deeper level of empathy for other people, while providing me with the confidence and assurance in myself and my worth”
