A magical first Christmas experience for the very young! Santa’s Elves greet the children amongst a pile of presents, soon everyone is passing, stacking and packing together. Then the cheeky Elves invite their new friends on an adventure inside a giant Christmas present. The Dublin City Jazz Orchestra is a 17 piece big band comprising some of the best musical talent in Ireland. Led by the legendary Ciaran Wilde, four trumpets, four trombones, and five saxophones will blow your mind playing The Sacred Music of Duke Ellington. There’s nothing quite like a big band, and there’s no big band quite like the Dublin City Jazz Orchestra. This performance will also feature Limerick choir Ancòr under the direction of Cecilia Madden.

An open submission exhibition of small, postcard-sized original artworks by established and emerging artists. Curated by Caimin Walsh, this exhibition will bring artists from Limerick and further afield back into the much beloved space at the arts centre formerly known as the Belltable. It will also provide a great opportunity to purchase an original work of art for €100 or less.
